1. What are the qualifications for the fiancée (K-1) visa? (US) |

- You must meet in person before you can file the petition.
- You and your fianc谷e must both be single.
- If either of you have been previously married, you will need your filed final divorce decrees, death certificates or annulments.
- The minimum income requirement is currently $17,500 for a family of two. (Higher for Alaska/Hawaii) If your income is less than $17,500, in most cases you will be required to have a co-sponsor at the time of her interview.
